铸件采用锰钢衬板使用寿命大大提高，产量能提高30%-60%，由于铸件采用小件对接安装，不受场地影响，降低了生产成本。配备电机小于传统湿碾机电机的30%且厂家可配备软启动设备，机架设计为：方钢焊接，槽钢连接，正常使用中不再因机器问题而耽误生产。
