高温高压无氰解吸电解装置是采用新技术、新工艺,应用于黄金生产中处理载金炭的新型、高效、专利产品。该装置对于黄金矿山炭浆厂和堆浸厂产出的载金炭都能很好的进行解吸,产出黄金。该装置自动化程度高,技术指标先进,设备质量好,操作简单易行,设备运行特别稳定可靠、安全。产品已销售20多个省、并出口俄罗斯、缅甸、蒙古国、朝鲜。
The high-temperature and high-pressure cyanide free electrolysis device integrated with new technique and technology is a new style high-efficiency patented product that is designed for processing of gold carrier carbon during gold production. This device can effectively process the gold carrier carbon from carbon pulp plant and leaching plant of gold mine. Additionally, this equipment is highly automatic with advanced technical parameters, high quality and is easy to operate, stable, reliable and safe. This product has been sold to more than 20 provinces and exported to Russia, Myanmar, Mongolia and North Korea.

1. High desorption rate
在高温(150℃ )、高压(0.45~0.55MPa )、无氰解吸药剂的条件下解吸,解吸率高(98%~99.8%)。93%以上的我厂用户贫炭品位在50克/吨以下。
The desorption is performed in the condition at high temperature (150℃) and high pressure (0.45~0.55MPa) with cyanide free desorption agent, so the desorption rate is extremely high (98%~99.8%). For the level higher than 93%, the depleted carbon grade for our customer is lower than 50g/t.
2、提高吸附率
2. Improved adsorption rate
加到吸附工艺中经过解吸活化的低品位贫炭,能明显地降低尾液品位,能提高吸附率0.5%~7% 。创造出显著的经济效益。
The desorbed and activated low-grade deleted carbon that is added to absorption process can significantly reduce the tail fluid grade and may increase the absorption rate by 0.5%~7%, creating significant economic benefits.

发明了新型安全无毒的组合解吸药剂,对任何解吸的载金炭,都必须可取得理想的解吸效果,属于经色环保工艺。而且此工艺的解吸液能循环利用数十次,节省药剂和水。只单独采用NaOH 做为解吸药剂,对大部分矿山的载金炭解吸效果是不理想的。
The newly invented non-toxic desorption agent combination integrated with environmental protection technology has ideal desorption effect on any gold carrier gold. In addition, desorption fluid of this technology can be recycled for dozens of times for conservation of agent and water. Desorption agent NaOH solely used does not have ideal desorption effect on gold carrier carbon of most mines.
6、立式承压平衡电解槽
6. Vertical pressure balance electrolytic bath
我厂发明的立式承压平衡电解槽不但电解率高:≥99.99% ;而且使解吸电解工艺流程简明实用,解吸、电解效果好。一个月只打开1~3次的电解槽,采用气动扳手上卸螺栓,方便,安全可靠;并且此立式电解槽不泄漏含金气体。立式承压平衡电解槽具有自动排放金泥系统,杜绝人工操作造成的金泥损失,丢失。
The vertical pressure balance electrolytic bath developed by our factory features a high electrolysis rate (≥99.99%). Additionally, desorption electrolytic process is clear and practical, contributing to outstanding desorption and electrolysis effect. The electrolytic bath needs only to be opened for 1-3 times per month; bolts are tightened and unscrewed with pneumatic wrench for the purpose of convenience, safety and reliability; also, no gold-bearing gas will leak from this vertical electrolytic bath which is also equipped with an automatic gold dust discharge system that can prevent the dust loss caused by manual operation.
7、贫炭不需要火法热再生
7. Depleted carbon needs no pyrogenic heat generation
无毒的组合解吸药剂含有炭活化剂,活化剂对炭起到再生作用。采用此解吸电解工艺,贫炭不需要火法热再生,杜绝了贫炭火法热再生造成的炭损失和金损失,节省了炭火法热再生成本和炭火法热再生设备投资。
Non-toxic desorption agent combination contains carbon activator that performs carbon generation. With this desorption electrolysis technology, depleted carbon needs no pyrogenic heat generation. In this way, the carbon and gold loss caused by heat generation is avoidable, and the cost of process and equipment thereof will be reduced.

我厂的设备回报率高、经济效益显著。使90%的用户在一年内收回了设备投资;并且在应用后一个月内收回设备投资的矿山2家,在3个月内收回设备投资的矿山13家。
