磁选柱是一个由外套和多个励磁线圈组成的分选内筒给排矿装置及电控柜构成的一种电磁式磁重选设备,它允许的上升水流速度很高,再加向下移动的脉动磁场的作用,从而能高效分出连生体,获得高品位的磁铁矿精矿。
Magnetic separation column is a kind of electromagnetic magnetic-gravity separation equipment which is composed of a separation inner tank feeding and discharging device which consists of cover and many exciting coils as well as electrical cabinet. Due to very high increased water flow velocity allowed by it as well as the action of pulsating magnetic field moving downward, it can very effectively separate the coenobium and get high-grade magnetic concentrate.
本实用新型磁选柱,其结构设计合理,与相近的精选磁铁矿的磁重选设备相比,具有分选精度高,所需相对磨矿粒度粗,精矿作业产率高等特点。由于存在变化的脉冲磁场及相对强大的旋转上升水流,因此它既能充分破坏次团聚,又能充分利用磁团聚,从而能高效分出连生体,大幅度提高精矿品味,提高作业产率及作业回收率。可用其从磁选中间产品中提前获取合格品味最终精矿,也可用其精选磁选厂低品味精矿获得高品位精矿,还可用来精选易选磁铁矿精矿获得超级铁精矿。
This new practical magnetic separation column is reasonably structured. Compared with similar magnetic-gravity separation equipment of magnetic concentrate, it features high separation accuracy, relatively coarse granular size of required ores, and high productivity of concentrate. Since it has pulsed magnetic field that may change and relatively strong rotating water current that moves upward, it can not only disrupt magnetic agglomeration, but also make full use of magnetic agglomeration, so as to highly effectively separate the coenobium, largely raise the grade of concentrate, and improve the productivity and recovery rate. It can be used to obtain final concentrate of qualified grade in advance from the products being separated; it can be used to carefully select low-grade concentrate in ore dressing plant to obtain high-grade concentrate; and it can also be used to carefully select the concentrate of magnetic iron ore to obtain super iron concentrate.
