一、用途及工作原理
I. Purpose and Working Principle
本机用于金矿石的氰化浸出锌粉质换提金工艺中,是氰化浸出后的矿浆进行固液分离洗涤作业的专用设备,并可用于铀矿水冶、轻工、化工、环保工业的脱水作业。它具有占地面积小,节省能耗、简化工艺配置、减少辅助设备操作方便等特点。
This equipment is designed for solid-liquid separation washing operation for slurry after cyanide leaching during zinc powder-gold extraction metasomatism through cyanide leaching of gold ore, and can also be used for dewatering operations in hydro metallurgy of uranium ore, light industry, chemical industry and environmental industry. This equipment features space-saving footprint, low energy consumption, simplified process configuration, reduction in auxiliary equipment and convenient operation etc.
NSL-66型试验室浓缩机是采用湿式选矿的选后产品(矿浆)进行脱水的一种设备,由浓缩池和机械刮泥耙组成。进入浓缩池的矿浆其固体矿粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底,实现固液分离,沉积于底池的矿泥被刮泥耙连续不断地刮集到中心排矿口排出,而澄清水由池边溢流口溢出,达到脱水浓缩的目的。
Laboratory thickening equipment model NSL-66 which is designed for dehydration of products (ore slurry) after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank and mechanical scraper rake. The solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity. In this way, solid-liquid separation is realized. The sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which it is discharged. And then, clear water will flow out from overflow port at the tank. At this point, dehydration and thickening is realized.

三、传动过程及结构
III. Transmission Process and Structure
NSL-66型试验室浓缩机由浓缩池、耙架、减速装置、提耙装置、进料槽等组成。
Laboratory thickening equipment model NSL-66 is composed of thickening tank, rake holder, reduction gear, rake lifting device and feed chute etc.
传动时由减速电机带动主轴和耙架逆时针方向低速转动,沉降矿粒被连续刮集到排矿石漏斗排出。
As to transmission, the reducer motor drives spindle and rake holder to rotate counterclockwise at a low speed. During this process, ore grains are continuously scraped to discharge hopper and discharged.
转动提耙手轮,可以提升或下降耙架,当浓缩池内沉降的矿粒过厚埋住耙架而超载时,应转动提耙手轮,将耙架从矿粒层中提起,载荷减轻后,又将耙架下降到工作位置。
Rotate the hand wheel for rake lifting to lift or lower the rake holder. In case the excessively thick layer of ore grains inside thickening tank cover the holder and thus lead to over-load, the hand wheel shall be rotated so as to lift the holder from the layer of ore grains. The holder shall be then lowered to operating position after the load is reduced.
