一、用途
I. Application
GZ型系列可控硅电磁振动给料机是一种较新型的定量给料设备,广泛应用于冶金、矿山、建材、化工、轻工、医药、电力、煤炭、机械等各行各业。用于把块状、颗粒及粉状物料,从贮料仓或漏斗中均匀、连续或定量地给到受料装置中去。例如向带式输送机、斗式提升机、筛分设备等给料,向破碎机、粉碎机喂料,以及用于自动配料、定量包装等,并可用于自动控制的流程中,实现生产流程的自动化。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产,执行行业标准。
GZ Series Controllable Silicon Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is a new model of quantitative feeding equipment and has found wide applications in metallurgical,mine, building material,chemical, light, pharmaceutical, electrical power, coal, mechanical and other industries. It is used for uniformly and continuously or quantitatively feeding massive, granular and powdered materials in silo or hopper into material receiver and delivering materials to belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening machine, crusher, grinder,etc. as well as in automatic ingredient system and quantitative packaging. It also can be applied in the automation process to achieve automation of production line. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
二、特点
II. Features
1、运用机构共振原理,双质体在低临界近共振状态下工作,消耗电量少,节能效果好。
1. By adopting the mechanism resonance principle, the double masses work in a lower critical near resonance state which requires lower power consumption and contributes to outstanding conservation effect.
2、给料均匀,产量于调节。
2. Uniform feeding facilitates the regulation of output.
3、体积小,重量轻,安装方便,无转动部件,不需润滑,维修方便,运行费用低,但带有较大粘滞性的湿粉状物料不宜选用。
3. Small in size, light in weight, convenient installation, no rotatable parts, lubrication not required, convenient maintenance, low operating cost, not suitable for wet powder materials of high viscosity.
4、物料在料槽中呈抛物向前跳跃推进,几乎不在料槽表面滑动,故料槽磨损较小。
4. Materials leap forward parabolically in the chute, but not slide on chute surface; hence, the chute suffers less wear.
5、可以输送低于300℃的灼热物料。

注:① 给料能力系料槽水平安装,物料比重为1.6吨/米3时的设计指标。料槽下倾10° ,给料能力增加40%。

② GZIF ~GZ5F 封闭型电振机的给料能力为表列数值的80%,物料****粒度为表列数值的80%,料槽下倾10°给料能力再增加40%。
