NJG型高效浓缩机 High-effiency thickener series
本浓缩机是引进德国技术研制的一种新型高效浓缩机,该机集传统中心传动浓缩机、周边传动浓缩机的优点于一体,为国内首创,是传统浓缩面的更新换代产品,广泛应用于处理稠重的工业料浆,如煤炭,金属选矿水,冶金废水,化工料浆等。
Such thickener is a kind of new high-efficiency thickener
developed relying on German technology. This machine has both the advantages of
traditional central driving thickeners and peripheral traction thickeners. It
is originated in China and is regeneration product of traditional thickener. This type of thickeners
is widely used to treat thick industrial slurry such as coal, metal ore
dressing water, metallurgical wastewater, and chemical slurry.
1、中心深层入料,平流沉降,减少了沉降高度,降低固相颗粒的动能,并且,耙架为连杆式结构,减少对颗粒沉降的干涉,加速了浓缩压积过程,处理能力可提高30~50%,如添加絮凝剂,处理能力还能大幅提高。2、池底三种角度,方便沉降物料的刮集,土建立经济性好。3、设有中心搅拌装置,底流浓度提高,集料锥坑中物料不会固结4、液压自动分段提耙,提耙动作可靠5、提耙高度可根据需要胜地意调整,最高可把刮板提至水面以上,方便检修。6、长时间停机及遇到故障可自动,手动操作机器清池,不需放水,不影响生产7、驱动桥架旋转的周边驱动装置,可无级调速,满足不同生产工况要求8、整机用用PLC程序控制,实现超载报警指示,自动控制提耙,降耙(采用压力传感受器或转矩传感器,检测工作阻力),可自动,手动或远程集控。9、集电装置为全密封结构,集电可靠,安全。10、主要配套件采用进口,合资或国产名牌,质量可靠。
1. Materials are fed into the deep layer of the center. The
horizontal flow settles which reduces the settling height and reduces the
kinetic energy of solid particles. Besides, the rake is of connecting rod
structure, which reduces the interference with the settlement of particles and
expedites the concentration and accumulation process. With it, the handling
ability can increase by 30% to 50%. If flocculant is added, the handling
ability will greatly improve. 2. The three angles at the sink bottom make it
easy for the scraping of settling materials. Earth building is economical. 3.
It is equipped with center stirring device. The concentration of underflow is
increased and the materials in the aggregate counter sink will not be
solidified. 4. The hydraulic automatic section rake works reliably. 5. The
height of lifting can be adjusted at random according to actual needs. The
scrapper can be lifted to above the water surface at most so as to make it easy
for examination and repair. 6. In case of long-time shutdown or failures, the
machine can be operated manually. Water does not have to be discharged during
cleaning of sink with production not affected. 7. Stepless speed regulation can
be made of the peripheral drive unit which drives the rotation of bridge, to
meet the requirements of different working conditions. 8. The complete machine
is controlled by PLC program to realize overload alarm, automatic control of
lifting rake and lowering rake (pressure sensor or torque sensor is adopted to
detect working resistance), as well as automatic, manual or remote centralized
control. 9. The current collecting equipment is of all-sealed structure whose
current collection is reliable and safe. 10. The main accessories are foreign
or domestic well-known products whose quality is reliable.
