一、简介
I. Profile
环锤式破碎机与锤式和反击式破碎机相比具有高效、节能、运转平稳、噪声低、鼓风量小等优点,被广泛应用于火力发电厂进行碎煤作业。
Compared with hammer crushers and impact
crushers, ring hammer crushers enjoy advantages such as high efficiency, energy
conservation, smooth operation, low noise and small blast volume. Ring hammer
crushers are widely used in thermal power plants for coal crushing.
二、工作原理
II. Work Principle
环锤式碎煤机的主要工作部件为带有环锤的转子。转子由环锤轴和环锤等零件组成。电机带动转子部在破碎腔内高速旋转。需破碎的物料自上部给料口输送到机内,受高速旋转运动环锤的打击、及物料间相互碰撞、挤压、研磨作用而破碎。在转子部的下方,设有蓖板,破碎了的小于蓖板孔尺寸的物料粒度级别通过蓖板板排除,大于蓖板孔尺寸的物料粒度继续受到环锤的打击,最后通过蓖板排除机外。
The main working part of ring hammer
crusher is rotor with ring hammer which is composed of ring hammer axis, ring
hammer, etc. The motor drives high speed revolution of rotor in the crushing
chamber; materials needing crushing are conveyed to the inside of the machine
from the material inlet at the upper part; they crumble after strike from the
rapidly rotating ring hammer, collision, extrusion and grinding between
materials. At the lower part of the rotor is installed a comb board. The
crumbled materials whose granularity levels are smaller than the size of comb
board hole get out of the board while materials whose granularity levels are
bigger than the size of comb board hole are impacted by the hammer again and
get out of the board eventually.
三、主要结构
III. Main Structure
环锤式碎煤机本体主要由以下几个部件组成,架体部、转子部、蓖板部、同步调节装置、上盖液压开启装置等零部件组成。主机由液力偶合器与电机相联,直接启动。
Ring hammer crushers are mainly composed
of these parts: Frame, rotor, comb board, synchronized regulation device, top
cover hydraulic open device, etc. In The mainframe is connected with fluid
coupling and motor and can be started directly.
