全自动淘洗磁选机采用了我公司独创的“磁悬浮”选矿技术,通过磁系的特殊设计,选别桶内工作磁场均匀分布,矿石颗粒在磁场作用下结成磁链,悬浮下行。磁悬浮选矿技术的应用,彻底解决了过去磁选设备使用的“团聚—分散---团聚”理论的缺陷。“团聚—分散---团聚”理论实际是沿用“高剃度磁场”选矿方法,磁粉在高磁场区域“团聚”,在低磁场区域“分散”。通过交替“团聚”、“分散”在重力和水的作用下实现脉石和磁性铁的分离。在这里,“团聚”、“分散”是否充分直接关系到选别效果。而且,只要有“团聚”存在,“磁性包裹”和“磁性夹带”就不可避免。提高品位能力必然受影响。
Fully automatic elutriation
magnetic separator adopts “magnetic suspension” beneficiation technology.
Through special magnetic design, the working magnetic field in the separation
drum is evenly distributed. The ore particles form magnetic chain under the
action of magnetic field and suspend. The application of “magnetic suspension”
beneficiation technology completely makes up for the inadequacy of the theory
“agglomeration – segregation – agglomeration” adopted in the past for magnetic
separation equipment. The “agglomeration – segregation – agglomeration” theory
actually follows the beneficiation technology of “high gradient magnetic
field”. Separation of gangue from magnetic iron is realized under the action of
gravity and water through alternating “agglomeration” and “segregation”. Here,
whether “agglomeration” and “segregation” are sufficient enough can have direct
bearings on sorting effects. Furthermore, as long as “agglomeration’ exists,
“magnetic package” and “magnetic clamp” are unavoidable. The improvement of
grade is surely affected.
“高剃度磁场”选矿方法的另一大缺陷是沿径向磁场衰减很快,距离越远“团聚—分散---团聚”效果越差,这也是目前这类磁选设备无法实现大型化、工业化的关键技术难题。
Another drawback of the
beneficiation technology “high gradient magnetic field” is that the magnetic
field along radial direction weakens very quickly. The greater the distance is,
the worse the effect of “agglomeration – segregation – agglomeration” is. This
is the main technological problem that prevents such magnetic separation
equipment from being large in size and industrialized.
全自动淘洗磁选机提高精矿品位仰仗的就是可控的连生体高效分离技术,分离出的连生体一般硬度、粒度相对较大,品位高于给矿品位,直接抛尾可惜。实际应用上最好加一道扫选,返回到球磨机再磨再选。由于总量不大,对产率影响有限。
Fully automatic elutriation
magnetic separator relies on controllable coenobium high efficiency separation
technology to improve the grade of concentrate. The coenobiums after separation
are characterized by general hardness, relatively large participle sizes,
higher grade than that of feeding ores, and a waste to discarding tailings
directly. In practice it is best to add one process of scavenging and return to
grinding and selection once again of ball mill. As the total quantity is not
large, effects on productivity is limited.
从经济效益来分析,只要现场高频筛出口至过滤机入口高度差大于5米,设备可直接安装,料浆自流,不需要加泵提升,至少可节省两道磁选机或磁团聚,省电90%,用水量基本相当。提高一个品位按增收15元/吨,一天产精矿按1000吨计算,每天可增收15000元。由于设备没有可动部件,完全免维护,节省下磁铁充磁费用、停机损失、人员费用、备件费用等。
Analyzed from economic
benefits, as long as the height difference between the outlet of high-frequency
screen on the scene and inlet of filter is larger than 5m, the equipment can be installed directly and slurry
flows automatically. No pump is needed to raise it. At lease two magnetic
separators or magnetic agglomerations can be saved. Ninety percent of
electricity is saved and water consumption almost does not change. If 15 yuan
more can be gained for each ton when one grade is improved and if 100 tons of
concentrate is manufactured every day, an increase of 15,000 yuan can be
realized every day. As the equipment has no movable parts and is completely
maintenance-free, magnetizing fees, shutdown loss, personal expenditure, spare
parts expenses can be saved.

Fully automatic elutriation
magnetic separator utilizes its unique “magnetic suspension” technology and
realizes large size of equipment. The diameter of the sorting bucket is 2,400mm. The elutriation magnetic
separator which handles over 75 tons of dry ore per hour is now operating
smoothly online. Theoretically, we can design large equipment according to
customers’ requirements.
一般来讲,当矿石性质、给矿量、浓度、给水压力等参数发生波动时,其他精选设备选矿品位将出现很大变化。全自动淘洗磁选机具有非常强的适应能力,给水、溢流及底流“三冲量”控制系统,可将出口精矿品位及溢流品位严格控制在(正负0.5%)的范围内,保证选矿效益****化。在磨矿粒度-200目60%以上前提下,全自动淘洗磁选机作为精选设备可以替代目前选矿厂正在使用的各类磁选设备,如桶式磁选机、磁团聚机、磁选柱等。在产率不降低的前提下,不仅精矿品位可提高1%至10%,而且可以缩短生产流程,减少设备使用量。在品位不降低的前提下,可以提高5%至10%的产率。
Generally speaking, when
parameters such as ore property, ore feeding quantity, concentration and feed pressure
fluctuate, great changes will take place to the beneficiation grade of other
refined equipment. The fully automatic elutriation magnetic separator has very
strong adaptability. The control system of “three elements”, i.e. feeding
water, overflow and underflow can control the output concentrate grade and
overflow grade strictly within the range of ±0.5% and maximize beneficiation
benefits. Under the premise of grinding size of over 60% of 200 meshes, fully
automatic elutriation magnetic separators, as refined equipment, can replace
various kinds of magnetic separation equipment currently used by ore dressing
plants such as drum magnetic separator, magnetic reunion machine and magnetic
separation columns. When the productivity is not reduced, it can not only raise
the concentrate grade by 1% to 10%, but also shorten production flow and reduce
equipment usage. When the grade is not reduced, the productivity can be raised
by 5% to 10%.
目前磁铁矿常见磁选设备为筒式磁选机及脱泥槽等。这些设备磁场强度较高,磁场力较大,对磁铁矿(包括人工铁矿)的选别有强大的磁团聚作用。另外随着开采时间的增加矿石的可选性降低,需要单体解离率增加,随着磨矿细度增加团聚效应增强。因此存在“磁性夹杂”和“非磁性夹杂”而使精矿中含有较多的脉石等杂质,严重影响精矿品位的提高。另外现有设备造成工艺流程长而复杂;中矿循环量过大;消耗高,选矿成本据高不下。为了达到精矿的要求,许多磁选厂广泛使用细筛来提高磁铁矿精矿品位。它利用的是在某一控制粒度上物料之间存在一明显的品位差。很明显,在筛上产物中会有大部分已单体解离的磁铁矿,而筛下将有相当一部分细粒的单体脉石,而且当细筛的给矿为磁选精矿时,如果前面的脱磁设备的效果不理想,那么筛上产物中将有相当一部分应进入筛下产物的已单体解离的细粒磁铁矿。筛下细粒脉石仍需处理。
At present, common magnetic
separation equipment of magnetite are drum magnetic separator, sloughing-off
tanks, etc. Such equipment has high magnetic field intensity, large magnetic
force, and strong magnetic agglomeration effects on the sorting of magnetite
(including artificial iron ore). What is more, with the increase of mining
time, the washability of ores decreases and the required separation rate
increases. With the increase of grinding fineness, the agglomeration effects
are enhanced. Therefore, there is “magnetic inclusion” and “nonmagnetic
inclusion” to get the concentrate to contain many impurities such as gangue
which seriously affects the improvement of concentrate grade. Besides, the
existing equipment causes the process flow to be long and complicated; the
circulation amount of middling is too large; the consumption is high and the
beneficiation cost remains high. To meet the requirements of concentrate, many
magnetic selection factories widely use fine screen to raise the concentrate
grade of magnetite. What it uses is marked grade difference of a certain
controlled particle between materials. Very obviously, there will be most of
singly dissociated magnetites in the products over the sieve. Under the sieve
there will be a fairly number of fine grains of single gangue. In addition,
when the finely screened feeding ore is singly dissociated magnetite, if the
demagnetizing equipment does not produce ideal effects, there will a majority
of singly dissociated finely-grained magnetite in the products on the screen
that should go into the products under the screen. The finely-grained gangue
should still be treated.
针对上述情况,利用CXJ系列全自动淘洗磁选机和电磁高频振动筛构成精选系统,采用阶段磨选工艺流程,在单体解离度理想条件下可以剔除脉石和解决磁性夹杂问题。作业品位提高4%-6%,工艺总流程品位提高2%-3%。
In view of the above-mentioned,
CXJ fully automatic elutriation magnetic separator and electromagnetic high
frequency vibrating screen are used to constitute refined system. Stage
grinding separation processes are adopted. Under the ideal conditions of single
dissociation degree, gangue can be removed and the problem of magnetic
inclusion can be solved. The grade of operation is raised by 4% to 6% and the grade
of total technological process is raised by 2% to 3%.
