一、用途

I. Purpose

NDC型浓度计，是一种快速测定矿浆浓度装置，由于它结构简单，价格低廉，广泛使用于地质，冶金部门的试验室，选矿厂，作为快速检测矿浆之用。

Concentration meter model NDC is a device for quick determination of pulp density. Thanks to its simple structure and low price, model NDC has been widely used in laboratories of geology and metallurgy sectors and concentration plant for rapid detection of ore slurry.

NDC型浓度计为3公斤称重装置，和一个1升容积的量筒组成。其称重机构为一双经过校正的精密弹簧，弹簧上端借助两只M3的螺钉，固定在支架上，另一端则挂在弹簧上，矿浆量筒的重量是通过荷钩弹簧簧架，加在称重弹簧上，称重弹簧在负荷作用下的变形量，是通过弹簧架上的具条架、齿条齿轮、轴、带动指针作旋转移动，指示出经过专门设计的浓度值。浓度值的换算是在1公斤矿浆容积下进行的，因此量筒的误差，就直接影响到浓度计的测量精度。

Concentration meter model NDC is composed of a 3kg weighing device and a 1L measuring cylinder. The weighing mechanism is a pair of calibrated precision springs, of which the upper parts are fixed to the support with two M3 screws; the other end hangs on spring. The weight of measuring cylinder is loaded to weighing spring through load hook spring bracket. The deformation quantity of weighing spring under load indicates the specially designed concentration value through the rotation of pointer driven by staddle on spring frame, rack pinion and shaft. The concentration value is converted based on the slurry volume of 1kg; hence, the cylinder error will directly influence the measurement accuracy of concentration meter.
