一、用途
Ⅰ.Use
本机适用于科研、教学、矿产资源综合利用和评价,以及对红铁矿的选别,只需少量试样即可获得检验矿物含铁量技术指标。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产,执行行业标准。
本机供冶金、地质、建材、化工、轻工等部门科研试验单位作为分选中等至弱磁性矿物实验研究之用,亦可供有关厂矿检查、控制生产技术指标,改进工艺流程之用。
本机在PLC机的控制下,在初始状态自动复位:即给矿阀置关闭状态,分矿斗置尾矿位置。并设置过底过程延时3S,以免相互混样,即分矿斗在“尾矿”“中矿”、“精矿”作用过程停留3S。选别工作过程是:搅拌桶内矿浆经过给矿阀及扁嘴进入分选箱内,非磁性矿粒在重力的作用下沿齿板间隙落入尾矿桶中,磁性矿粒在磁场的作用下吸附在齿板上,给矿后分矿斗摆至中矿桶上部,中矿冲水电磁阀开启,(流量可调节中矿冲水闸阀),冲洗分选箱中夹杂的非磁性矿粒,然后分矿斗摆至精矿桶上部,同时切断充磁电源,待分选箱磁场消失后,精矿冲水电磁阀开启,将吸附在齿板上的磁性矿粒冲入精矿桶内(冲水量由精矿闸阀调节),完成一次选别循环后,PLC复位进行下一次,以一次选别循环。达到磁性矿与非磁性矿分离的目的。
It is applicable in scientific research, teaching and comprehensive utilization and assessment of mineral resources and for separation of hematite. Iron content for the tested samples can be obtained merely with minor test samples. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
It is provided for labs of metallurgical, geological, building material, light and other industries to carry out separation tests of moderate and weak-intensity magnetic minerals and also for the relevant factories and mines to check and control production and technical indexes, improving technological process.
It can automatically reset at the initial stage under the control by PLC, i.e. feeding valve being in the close state and ore separating hopper in the position of tailings. The excessive process delay is made at 3S to avoid mutual blending of samples, namely the ore separating bucket delaying 3S in the process of actions of tailings, middlings and concentrates .The separation operation process is that ore slurry in mixing tank is directed through feeding valve and flat nozzle into separating tank ; non-magnetic minerals with the action of gravity drop into tailing tank along the gaps of gear rack; magnetic mineral particles with the action of magnetic field are absorbed on the gear racks;the ore separating hopper after feeding swings to the upper middlings tank; the middlings flush open solenoid valve ( flowrate can adjust the middling flushing gate valve);non-magnetic minerals particles entrained in the ore separating tank are flushed before the ore separating hopper swings to the upper concentrate tank and meanwhile de-energize magnetizing power supply; after magnetic fields of the separation tank disappear, the flushing solenoid valve opens and flushes the magnetic mineral particles absorbed on the gear rack into the concentrate tank ( flush volume to be controlled by the concentrate gate valve).After completion of one cycle of separation operation, PLC makes reset to the next cycle for achieving the objective of separation of magnetic from non-magnetic minerals.
二、结构简介
II. Structure
本机由磁系、给矿、接矿、程序控制器、分选箱;供水系统、机架等部分组成。
This machine is composed of magnetic system, feeding part, receiving part, programmable controller, separation tank, water supply system, frame, etc.
(一)磁系:
(I) Magnetic System
1、铁芯:由五块DT3电工纯铁组装成U字型磁路,铁芯断面尺寸130×220。
1. Iron ore: Five pieces of DT3 electrical pure iron are assembled into U type magnet circuit. The cross dimension of the ore is 130×220.
2、激磁绕组:用1.81×5.5双玻璃丝包扁铜线绕制成充磁线圈,分八个线圈串联配置在分选区两侧,并设风机冷却绕组。
2. Exciting winding: Double glass-fiber covered rectangular copper wires of 1.81×5.5 is winded into magnetizing coils. Eight coils are connected in series to the two sides of separation area. Besides, fan cooling windings are installed.
3、分选箱:由五块DT3纯铁齿板及两块铝质挡板组成,有分选间隙为1.5,2,3三套分选箱,供根据需要更换使用。
3. Separation tank: The separation tank is composed of five DT3 pure iron tooth plates and two aluminum baffles. Three sets of separation tanks with separation gaps of respectively 1.5, 2 and 3 are available for replacement according to actual needs.
(二)、给矿、冲矿及接矿装置
(II) Feeding, Washing and Receiving Device
在分选箱上部装有搅拌桶,其有效容积为4升,在搅拌桶底部由管式给矿阀,给矿阀出口处的三通通过橡胶管分别与进水管及铜扁嘴连接,扁嘴由电动机带动作往复运动,入选矿浆从搅拌桶经给矿阀、扁嘴均匀地进入分选箱内。
On the top of the separation box is installed agitation tank whose effective volume is 4 liter. At the bottom of the agitation drum, the tubular feeding valve, and the tee joint at the outlet of feeding valve are respectively connected to the inlet pipe and rectangular copper mouth through the rubber hose. The rectangular mouth is driven by motor to do reciprocating motion. The selected slurry enters the separation tank evenly from the agitation tank through the feeding valve and rectangular mouth.
中矿冲洗水和精矿冲洗水分别从1/2电磁阀及闸阀经三通管及扁嘴进入分选箱,其水量通过闸阀调节。
Middling washing water and concentrate washing water flow into the separation tank respectively from the 1/2 electromagnetic valve and sluice valve through the three-way pipe and rectangular mouth. Their amount of flowing water can be adjusted with the sluice valve.
分选的产品从分选箱排出,经分矿斗流入指定的接矿桶内。分矿斗由同步电机和偏心连杆机构带左右摆动,在程序控制器的控制下,电机带动分矿斗摆至某一接矿桶上部,其控制程序是:充磁——给矿——中矿冲水——断磁——精矿冲水——充磁——给矿——中矿冲水——断磁——精矿冲水反复循环,实现“尾矿”、“中矿”、“精矿”产品的选别的接取。
The separated products are discharged out from the separation tank and flow into designated receiving drum through the separation hopper. The separation hopper swings from left to right after the drive of the synchronous motor and eccentric connecting rod mechanism. Under the control of program controller, the motor drives the separation hopper which then swings to the position above the receiving drum. The specific control procedures are: Magnetizing – feeding – flushing the midding – demagnetizing – flushing the concentrate – magnetizing –feeding –flushing the midding –demagnetizing –flushing the concentrate; such cycle is repeated to realize the receipt of the sorted “tailings”, “middling”, and “concentrate” products.
(三)、电气及程序控制部分
(III) Electric and Program Control Parts
充磁电流采用单相桥式整流,用SSR调压模块调节充磁电流的大小。
Single phase bridge type rectifying current is adopted as the magnetizing current whose value is regulated through SSR voltage regulating module.
程序控制器采用日本三菱FX1S-14MR可编程控制器(简称PLC机)是控制各项动作的核心部件。整个运行程序已写入PLC机,用户在实际操作中只需根据选矿工艺要求在指定的时间继电器分别改变“给矿”时间及“中矿”、“精矿”冲水时间即可。
The program controller adopts the FX1S-14MR programmable controller manufactured by Mitsubishi in Japan which controls the core part of various operations. The whole operational procedure has been included in PLC machine. During practical operation, the user only needs to change the time for “ore feeding” and the time for flushing “middling” and “concentrate” respectively within designated time according to the requirements for beneficiation technology.
由于线包和铁芯特性一定,该机充断磁时间已固化在PLC机中,其充断磁时间分别为10S和15S。
Since the properties of coils and iron cores are fixed, the demagnetizing time of this machine has been set on the PLC machine. Its magnetizing and demagnetizing time is respectively 10s and 15s.
三、工作原理

本机在PLC机的控制下,在初始状态自动复位:即给矿阀置关闭状态,分矿斗置尾矿位置。并设置过底过程延时3S,以免相互混样,即分矿斗在“尾矿”“中矿”、“精矿”作用过程停留3S。选别工作过程是:搅拌桶内矿浆经过给矿阀及扁嘴进入分选箱内,非磁性矿粒在重力的作用下沿齿板间隙落入尾矿桶中,磁性矿粒在磁场的作用下吸附在齿板上,给矿后分矿斗摆至中矿桶上部,中矿冲水电磁阀开启,(流量可调节中矿冲水闸阀),冲洗分选箱中夹杂的非磁性矿粒,然后分矿斗摆至精矿桶上部,同时切断充磁电源,待分选箱磁场消失后,精矿冲水电磁阀开启,将吸附在齿板上的磁性矿粒冲入精矿桶内(冲水量由精矿闸阀调节),完成一次选别循环后,PLC复位进行下一次,以一次选别循环。达到磁性矿与非磁性矿分离的目的。
Under the control of PLC Machine, this equipment automatically returns to its original state. That is, the feeding valve is put under closed conditions and the separation hopper is put in tailings position. Besides, the operation time is prolonged for 3s during such process to avoid mixing of samples. That is, the separation hopper stays for 3s during the action process of “tailings”, “middling”, and “concentrate”. The separation process is: The slurry in the agitation drum enters the separation tank after passing the feeding valve and rectangular mouth. The non-magnetic ore grains falls into the tailing drum along the gap of toothed plate under the action of gravity. The magnetic ore grains are absorbed on the toothed plate under the action of magnetic field. After the ore is fed, the separation hopper swings to above the middling drum. The middling flushing electromagnetic valve is opened (the flow can adjust the middling flushing sluice valve) and flush the non-magnetic ore grains mixed in the separation tank. Then the separation hopper swings to above the the concentrate drum. At the same time, the magnetizing power is connected. After the magnetic fields of the separation tank disappear, the concentrate flushing electromagnetic valve is opened and the magnetic ore grains sucked to the toothed plate is flushed into the concentrate drum (the volume of flushing water is regulated by the concentrate sluice valve). After one separation cycle is finished, the PLC machine resets and enters the next separation cycle, so that the magnetic ores can be separated from the non-magnetic ores.
