MLK立式辊磨机应用于钢厂矿渣的制粉系统,也适用于粉磨水泥熟料及其他化工原料。
MLK vertical roller mills are applied in coal pulverizing system of slag
in steel works. They can also be used to grind cement clinkers and other chemical
raw materials.
矿渣“高细高掺”技术是近十年来才研发的新技术,北方重工是国内目前大型立式辊磨机的最主要生产厂家,自主开发创新了多个规格的MPS(MLS)立式辊磨机,包括市场应用广泛的MLS3626立式辊磨机和国内****可日产5000吨的MLS4531立式辊磨机。北方重工在吸收国内外先进技术的基础上,自主开发的用于粉磨矿渣的MLK系列立式辊磨机,解决了“稳定料床防止振动”、“磨内除铁”、“磨辊和磨盘的磨损”、“高效选粉”等关键技术难点。
Slag “high fineness and high adulteration” technology is a kind of new
technology developed in the recent ten years. Northern Heavy Industry is by far
the largest manufacturer of large vertical roller mills in China which has independently developed MPS
(MLS) vertical roller mills of many specifications, including MLS3626 vertical
roller mills applied widely in the market and MLS4531 vertical roller mills
which have the largest production capacity of this type in China (5,000 tons per day).
Northern Heavy Industry, on the premise that it absorbs advanced technology
from China and overseas, independently developed MLK vertical roller mills used
to grind slag, which solves the main technical problems of “stabilizing
material bed and preventing vibration”, “deironing in mills”, “abrasion of
grinding roller and grinding disc”, and “high-efficiency separation”.
MLK立式辊磨机的工作原理:
Working Principle
MLK立式辊磨机属于外加力型辊盘式磨机。电动机通过主减速机驱动磨盘旋转,磨盘的转动带动三个磨辊自转。高炉矿渣经喂料装置进入磨机喂料槽落到磨盘中心;在磨盘回转产生的离心力作用下,矿渣向磨盘边缘运动并通过磨辊下部及磨盘衬板上部之间的碾磨区被碾磨;碾过的物料越过磨盘边缘的挡料环,被从喷口环喷出的热风吹起,进入磨机上方的选粉机;选粉机将合格的细粉选出,粗粉沿返料斗再次回落到磨盘上碾磨;未经热风带走的铁粉通过外循环系统时,由精细除铁器分离。
MLK vertical roller mills are applied force roller mills. The motor drives
the rotation of millstone through the main reducer. The rotation of millstone
drives the autorotation of the three grinding rollers. Blast furnace slag
enters the mill feeding trough through feeding device and fall onto the center
of millstone. Under the action of centrifugal force produced during the rotation
of millstone, the slag moves towards the edge of the millstone and is milled
through the milling area between the bottom of grinding roller and the top of
millstone lining plate. The milled materials cross the material retaining ring
at the edge of millstone, are blown by the hot wind from the nozzle ring, and
enter the powder concentrator above the mill. The powder concentrator selects
qualified fine powder. The coarse powder falls again onto the millstone for
milling along the return hopper. The iron powder not taken away by hot wind is
separated by the refined iron remover when passing the circulation system.

It adopts the newest dynamic
and static separator whose powder selection efficiency is high. The rotation
speed of rotary vane adopts speed regulation by frequency variation. The
adjustment range of fineness is wide. To reduce the air leakage so as to
improve the powder selection efficiency and stabilize fineness, we adopt unique
wind pressure device of vertical roller mill separator (No. of Chinese patent:
200520093439.X). Stable fineness and output can be realized.

磨辊和磨盘瓦采用最新堆焊硬质合金材料。采用韩国TECH公司的和英国焊接合金公司(Welding Alloys Limited)技术和焊接材料进行表面堆焊硬质合金,堆焊表面无龟裂,母材可重复使用,使用寿命2000~4000h。沈重可随机提供自动焊接机,在现场即可对磨辊和磨盘瓦进行修复堆焊。
Grinding rollers and trays use the newest cemented carbide hardfacing
materials. It adopts the technology and welding materials of TECH Company in South Korea and Welding Alloys Limited for hardfacing alloy. The overlaying surface is free
from crack. The base materials are reusable whose service life is 2,000 to
4,000 hours. Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd can provide automatic
welding machines and perform hardfacing reparation of grinding rollers and
trays.

High-strength and Pressure-increasing Structure
磨辊和磨盘瓦采用经优化设计的曲率,在对物料进行碾磨过程中自动形成增压区和高压粉磨区,高效地完成粉磨过程。增压区的作用是使松散物料迅速压实,并完成初破碎和粉磨。物料最终在高压粉磨区完成高效粉磨作业。
Grinding rollers and trays adopt optimally designed curvature. Pressure
increasing section and high-pressure grinding section are formed automatically
during the process of material grinding to finish grinding with high
efficiency. The function of pressure increasing section is to get bulk
materials rapidly compressed as well as to finish initial crushing and
grinding. The high-efficiency grinding of materials are eventually finished in
the high-pressure grinding section.

MLK立式磨磨机磨辊采用单辊加压结构,每个磨辊使用独立的加压系统,加压系统由液压加压,液压系统正常工作压力约11MPa。磨辊碾磨压强较水泥原料立磨高一倍以上,以适应高细粉磨的需要。为提高液压系统的稳定性,碾磨区全部液压元件采用31.5 MPa产品,可以保证液压系统运行可靠,无渗漏。
The
grinding roller of MLK vertical roller mills is of single-roller pressurized
structure. Every grinding roller uses independent pressurization system. The
pressurized system applies pressure through hydraulic system. The normal
operating pressure of hydraulic system is about 11MPa. The milling pressure of
grinding roller is more than twice as much as that of cement raw material mill,
so as to cater to the requirement of high fine grinding. To improve the
stability of hydraulic system, all hydraulic components in milling section are
31.5MPa products which can ensure reliable operation and no leakage of
hydraulic system.
