本企业正常规格的多层式振筛机，其使用的材料在机身与原料接触的部位均使用不锈钢SUS27(#304)，机座则使用钢材S.S.41。

For the multi-layer vibrating screen of usual specifications manufactured by our company, the contacting parts of its body and raw materials are all made of stainless steel SUS27(#304); and the its base is made of S.S.41.

一、工作原理

I. Working Principle

采用最新式立式振动电机，由该电机产生水平、垂直、倾斜的三次元振动,再把这种振动直接传递给筛面。

It adopts the newest vertical vibrating motor which generates horizontal, vertical and oblique vibration. Such vibration is then transmitted directly to the sifter.

改变电机上、下偏振子的空间相位角，产生不同的激振力而改变物料的运动方向。

When the phase angle between the upper polariton and the lower polariton of motor, different excitation force is produced and then the movement direction of materials is changed.
