XCQG型辊式干法强磁选机适用于冶金、地质、建材等科研实验单位及地质队,干法分选弱或强磁性矿物,机器采用双工作面闭合磁路,由励磁系统、传动机械给矿系统及产品清扫收集系统所组成、电磁振动、给矿器将矿物给入分选区,通过控制激磁电流大小,使矿物通过磁隙时自动分成磁性物和非磁性物排出机外,达到分选效果。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产,执行行业标准。
XCQG Roll Dry Magnetic Separator is applicable to dry separate weak or strong intensity magnetic minerals in labs of research institutes, geological prospecting units in metallurgical, geological, building material industries. It introduces a close magnetic circuit with double- working face and comprises Excitation System, Driving Mechanical Feeding System and Product Clean-up and Collection System. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder delivers minerals to separation area and allow the minerals to automatically be divided to magnetic and non-magnetic minerals by controlling magnitude of magnetizing current when passing through magnetic gaps for discharge, achieving the separation effect. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

Structure
本机由励磁系统、传动机构、给矿系统及产品清扫收集部分所组成。
This machine consists of excitation system, transmission mechanism, feeding system, as well as product cleaning and collection part.
1、励磁系统:
1. Excitation System
由固定磁极,辊子旋转磁极和装在两者之上的励磁绕组及激磁直流电源所组成,上下两磁极平行排列。由直径为120毫米两个辊子与下部平面磁极构成封闭磁回路。两磁极的工作间距可通过增减垫板进行调整。通过调节高压器的电压使硅元件供给固定励磁绕组和经电刷供给辊子旋转磁极励磁绕组的直流电流,可从需平滑地升至额定值2安培,为适应不同矿种的选别需要本机磁场强度范围可分为强磁场和弱磁场两种,由面板上磁场选择开关进行选择。当分选磁间距为4毫米,磁场选择开关置“强磁场”位置,激磁电流为2安培时****磁场强度不小于14000奥斯特(1110RA/m)。
It is composed of fixed magnetic pole, roller rotation magnetic pole, as well as exciting winding and exciting DC power supply installed above them. The upper and lower magnetic poles are parallel arranged. Two rollers with the diameter of 120mm and the lower magnetic poles constitute closed magnetic circuit. The working distance between the two magnetic poles can be adjusted through the increase or decrease of base plates. Through the adjustment of the voltage of high-voltage machine, the DC current supplied to fixed exciting winding and supplied through electric brush to exciting winding for rollers to rotate magnetic pole can be increased to the rated value 2A smoothly. To meet the requirement for the separation of different types of ore, the magnetic field of this machine can be divided into high-intensity magnetic field and low-intensity magnetic field according to intensity, which can be selected through the magnetic field selection switch on the panel. When the separation magnet distance is 4mm, the magnetic field selection switch is put in the position of “high-intensity magnetic field”. When the excitation current is 2A, the maximum magnetic-field intensity is not lower than 14,000Oe (1,110RA/m).
2、传动机构:
2. Transmission Mechanism
直流电机经蜗轮减速机减速,传动辊子旋转磁极,旋转磁极的转速为55转/分,为了减小电机的体积,采用直流电机用硅元件半波整流供电。
After the working speed of DC motor is reduced through the worm reducer, the motor drives the roller to turn the magnetic pole. The rotating speed of the magnetic pole is 55 R/min. To reduce the size of motor, thyristor half-wave rectification current for DC motor can be adopted for power supply.
3、给矿系统
3. Feeding System
由电磁振动给矿器,储矿漏斗和给矿锥体及挡板所组成。
The feeding system consists of electromagnetic vibration feeder, storage hopper, feeding cone, and baffle.
电磁振动给矿器可以通过调节面板上左右二个线绕电位器,以控制电磁振动给矿器的振幅,以适应不同矿粒的需要。
The electromagnetic vibration feeder can adjust the two wire-wound potential meters (one is on the left and the other is on the right) on the adjusting panel to control the vibration amplitude of electromagnetic vibration feeder, for ores of different granular sizes.
为了调节给矿速度,可以选用具有不同大小给矿口的给矿锥体即可实现。
To regulate the feeding speed, feeding cones with mouths of different sizes can be selected.
正常给矿时,挡板调至约45度的倾斜度,以便使矿流均匀分散至给矿槽内。若中途需停止给矿,将挡板提至水平靠近给矿口时,即可停止给矿。
During normal feeding, adjust the position of baffle to keep it at a tilting angle of about 45°with the ore so that the ore current can be evenly dispersed in the feed chute. If feeding needs to be suspended, raise the baffle until it gets close to the feeding mouth horizontally.
4、产品清扫收集部分:
4. Product Cleaning and Collection Part
由产品接收溜槽,分离板,重锤清扫刷和盛矿容器所组成。
This part consists of receiving chute, separating plate, counter weight brush cleaner, and ore containers.
在产品接收槽的中部,有一分离隔板,被吸引于辊子上的磁性产物,经隔板顺溜矿槽排入磁性产物盛矿容器中,分离隔板的倾斜度可通过拧动槽一侧的手柄即可调节,非磁性产物经下部溜矿槽非入另一盛矿容器中。
There is a separating plate in the center of the receiving chute. The magnetic materials absorbed on the rollers are discharged into the ore container of magnetic materials through the separating plate along the chute. The gradient of the separating plate can be adjusted through pulling of the handle at one side of the chute. The non-magnetic materials flow into another ore container after passing the lower chute.
