一、使用范围
I. Scope of Application
IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵适用于工业和城市给排水、高层建筑增压送水、园林喷灌、消防增压、远距离输送、暖通制冷循环、浴室等冷暖水循环增 压及设备配套,使用温度T≤80℃。

IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵运抵现场时,都已装好电机;找平底座时,可不必卸下水泵和电机。按装IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵的基础平面应用水平找平,待基础水泥凝固后将IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵按装在基础上,并用水平仪检查水平情况,如不平,应用垫铁调正,直到水平为止,然后通过灌浆孔由混凝土浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。水泥干固后,检查底座和地脚螺栓是否松动,合适后拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母,最后再检查一下整台机组的水平度,稍有不平时,可用斜铁找平。IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵的吸入管路和吐出管路应有各自的支架,不允许管路重量直接由IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵承受。泵轴与电机旋转方向应一致,否则,以三相异步电动机为动力时,只要把三根引线中任意两根对换位置连接即可。IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵的按装位置高于液面(泵的吸程允许范围内)时,应在吸入管路端部装上底阀,并在排水管路上设置灌液孔或阀门,供启动前灌液之用。IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵的按装位置低于液面时,在吸入管路装上控制阀门。IS型单级单吸卧式清水离心泵的按装高度必须根据汽蚀余量NPSHr的要求,避免发生汽蚀。

Mount the pump on foundation after the cement setting and check the leveling condition with a level meter. In case of mis-alignment, the iron block shall be used for alignment until the leveling is properly made. And then pour concrete to pedestal and foundation bolt hole through injection hole. . Check if the pedestal and foundation bolt are loose after the cement setting. In case it is confirmed that the pedestal and foundation bolt are properly tightened, please screw up the nuts of foundation bolts and check the levelness of the whole unit. Use a slide wedge for leveling when the unit is a little out of level. . The suction line and outlet line of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS shall be provided with separate supports. The weight of pipeline is not allowed to be borne directly by the pump. . The pump spindle and motor shall rotate in the same direction. Otherwise, you just need to exchange the positions of any two of the three leads when three-phase asynchronous motor is used as the drive. . When the mounting position of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS is at a level higher than the liquid level (within the allowable range of suction lift), please mount a bottom valve at the end of suction line and set a injection hole or valve on drain line for liquid injection before startup. . When the mounting position of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS is at a level lower than liquid level, please mount a control valve on suction line. . The mounting height of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS must be in accordance with the requirement of NPSHr so as to avoid cavitations.

IS型泵通用性广,全系列工140种规格,但只用四种轴;同一规格的轴,轴承、轴封、叶轮紧固件等均能互换;全系列泵的悬价也只有四种。
