一、简介
I. Profile
CGT系列双滚筒稀土永磁钛矿专用磁选机,磁源采用高性能永久磁性材料稀土钕铁硼经组合聚磁而成。该机与普通常用的PC系列电磁盘式磁选机相比:具有机型轻便、维护操作简单、性能稳定、耗能低、处理量大、磁选分离界限清楚等特点。
With CGT double-drum rare-earth permanent magnet titanium special
separator, the magnetic source is made of rare earth NdFeB,high-performance permanent magnetic material,
after magnet collection. Compared with common PC disc-type magnetic separators,
this type of separators have characteristics such as light body, easy operation
and maintenance, stable performance, low energy consumption, large handling
capacity, clear dividing line of magnetic separation.
二、用途
II. Application
该机主要用于钛矿精选提纯处理,也可用于其它中、弱磁性矿物的磁选分离。
This kind of separator is mainly used for concentration and
refinement of titanium ores as well as magnetic separation of other ores with
medium and weak magnetism.

Note: The diameter of deironing drum is 250mm. Its length is consistent with that of

四、机械结构与工作原理

该机主要由给料,电磁无级调速传动装置(或变频无级调速传动装置),弱磁除铁滚筒,强磁钛矿磁选滚筒,分矿板,钛精矿出料斗,中矿、尾矿出料斗等部份组成。
This kind of machine is mainly composed of feeding device,
electromagnetic stepless speed regulation transmission device (or frequency
conversion stepless speed regulation transmission device), weak magnetic
deironing drum, strong magnetic titanium ore magnetic separation drum, ore
separation plate, titanium concentrate discharge hopper, middling and tailings
discharge hopper.
待选钛矿从料斗经过弱磁除铁滚筒首先除去钛矿中的强磁性矿物(Fe3o4),然后经过强磁钛矿磁选滚筒,因钛矿带磁性受滚筒内磁力的作用与非磁性矿物受滚筒旋转离心力的不同作用,而落下不同的轨迹再通过分矿板的综合调节,从而达到****的分选效果。
The titanium ores to be selected first remove the strong magnetic
ore (Fe3o4) in the titanium ores when passing from the hopper through the weak
magnetic deironing drum. Then they pass the magnetic separation drum of strong
magnetic titanium ore. Since the magnetic titanium ores is under the action of
magnetic force in the drum and non-magnetic mineralsl are under the action of
rotating centrifugal force of drum, different tracks are left. Then coupled
with combined regulation of ore separating plate, best ore separation effects
can be achieved.
