PL型立式冲击破碎机是物料自冲击或物料与金属反击板撞击破碎机。本机有“石打石(PL)”和“石打铁(PLST)”两种破碎腔,“石打石”多应用于硬性物料的破碎加工,产砂率40%以上,“石打铁” 多应用于中硬性物料的破碎加工,产砂率60%以上,两种腔型结构可以实现互相转换，以适应不同物料的破碎加工。

With PL vertical impact crusher, materials bump into the crusher by themselves or materials and metal counter-board bump into the crusher. There are two types of crushing chambers for such machine, PL and PLST. “PL” crushing chambers are usually used to crush and process materials with high hardness. Their sand production rate reaches over 40%. “PLST” crushing chambers are usually used to crush and process materials with medium hardness. Their sand production rate reaches over 60%. These two chamber structures can be interchangeable for crushing and processing of different materials.

It is especially superior to other types of crushers when used to crush and grind medium hard, ultra hard and abrasive materials such as silicon carbide, carborundum, sintered bauxite and magnesia. When used together with hydraulic jaw crushers, it can deal with all kinds of metallurgical slag.
