TCG ceramic disc-type filters are a kind of new, high-efficiency
and energy-saving filtering equipment that integrates mechanical &
electrical technology, micro-hole ceramic technology, and ultrasonic technology
and relies on pull of vacuum and capillary action to realize solid-liquid
separation. They are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy,
chemicals, and environmental protection.

目前已广泛应用于矿山有色金属、稀有金属、黑色金属,非金属等精矿及尾矿脱水,化工行业氧化物、电解渣、浸出渣、炉渣的脱水及环保污水污泥废酸处理等。物料细度从-200到-450目以及各种超细物料。
At present, such filters are widely used in the dewatering of
concentrate and tailings of nonferrous metal, rare metal, ferrous metal, and
nonmetals in mining industry, dewatering of oxide, electrolyzed residue,
leaching residue, and furnace clinker in chemical industry, as well as waste
acid treatment of sewage sludge. They are applicable to materials with the
fineness from 200 to 450 meshes as well as all kinds of superfine materials.

工作原理:
Working
Principle:
吸浆区:工作时浸没在料浆的过滤板在毛细作用下结合真空压力,表面吸附成一层滤饼,滤液通过滤板进分配阀至排液罐。
Slurry suction
area: During operation, the filter plate submerged in the slurry, under the
capillary action, form a layer of filter cake on the surface under vacuum
pressure. The filtrate goes into the distributing valve through filter plate
and then to the liquid discharging tank.
淋洗区:滤饼转出料浆斗后,对滤饼进行喷淋洗涤。
Washing area: When the filter cake gets out of the slurry hopper
after rotation, spray and wash the filter cake
干燥区:滤饼继续在高真空力的作用下脱水。
Drying area: The filter cake dewaters under the action of high
vacuum force.
卸料区:进入无真空的情况下,刮刀自动卸料。
Discharging area: Under the condition of no vacuum, the scrapper
discharges materials automatically
反冲洗:工业水或滤液通过分配阀进入陶瓷板由内向外进行清洗。清洗堵塞的微孔。
在陶瓷板使用一个周期后,采用超声波配合低浓度酸混合清洗,保持陶瓷板的高效使用。
Back washing area: The industrial water or filtrate goes into the
ceramic plate through distributing valve and washes the blocked micropores from
inside to outside.
After the ceramic plate is used for one cycle, ultrasonic wave is
adopted to wash together with low-concentration acid and maintain effective use
of the ceramic plate.

1.骨架密度大、膜层强度高、耐磨耐压耐腐蚀。
1. The skeletal density is large; the film strength is high; it is
abrasion-resistant, pressure-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
选用电熔白刚玉经500T液压机梯度成型、1430℃整体烧结,耐压可达8bar。
It adopts white fused corundum which is molded through 500T
hydraulic machine, is sintered on the whole at 1430℃,
and can bear pressure of 8bar.
2.开孔率高、生产能力大;过滤精度高、真空能耗低。
2. It has high aperture ratio, large productivity, high filtration
precision, and low vacuum energy consumption.
材质精细、整体复合,不使用胶粘结,透水性好、开孔率达92%;采用1800目超细白刚玉喷膜预涂层工艺,毛细作用好、真空能耗低。
Fine material, overall composition, no glue for bonding, good
water permeability, aperture ratio as high as 92%; adopting spraying film
precoating technology of superfine white fused corundum with 1,800 meshes, good

可使用高温高压、有机溶剂等清洗,再生效果好,使用寿命长。
Washing can be done at high temperature and high pressure with
organic solvent; its regeneration effects are good; and service life is long.
控制系统
Control
System
采用计算机控制系统或触摸屏结合PLC控制,进料、过滤、清洗、配酸、均采用自动控制、搅拌、主轴减速机均采用变频控制,可实现一人多机操作,自动化程度高、操作简单方便、安全可靠。
It adopts computer control system or touch screen together with
PLC control. Automatic control is placed over feeding, filtration, washing and
acid mixing. Frequency conversion control is placed over stirring and main
shaft speed reducer. “One man and many machines” operation can be realized. It
is highly automatic, easy for operation, safe and reliable.
