LTP Rectangle Compartment Side Way Action Type Jig
旁动隔膜跳汰机,基本由Denver型跳汰机改制而成。其床层比较稳定,选别效果较好,隔膜与传动装置在跳汰机定一侧,维修方便,但其占地面积和设备重量都比相同筛面规格的其他跳汰机大,动力消耗出略高,多用粗选及精选作业,适宜的分选粒度为12-0.1mm,广泛用于选别、金、银、钨、锡、铅、锌、锰、铁等重金属矿。
Such side way action type jig is basically transformed from Denver jig. Its table layer is stable and produces good separation effects. The dissepiment and transmission device are fixed on one side of the jig which is easy for maintenance. However, it occupies larger area than other jigs of the same sifter specification and is heavier. It consumes relatively higher power. It is mostly used for fine screening or coarse screening. Its suitable separation size is 12-0.1mm. Such jigs are widely used to separate ores of heavy metal such as gold, silver, tungsten, tin, lead, zinc, manganese, and iron.

LTA Below Pulsating Jig
下动圆锥隔膜跳汰机的隔膜位于跳汰室槽体圆锥部分和可动锥之间,故动力消耗少,重产物排出畅通。缺点是床层松散较差,选宽级别矿石时,粗粒级的回收较差。
The dissepiment of below pulsating jig lies between the conic section of the jigging room’s trough and the movable cone. Therefore, it consumes little power and heavy products can be discharged smoothly. Its disadvantage is poor looseness of table layer. During the separation of wide ores, the recovery of rough grains is unsatisfactory.
俗称米哈诺布尔型,一般用于6mm以下矿石的粗选作业,广泛用于选别、金、银、钨、锡、铅、锌、锰、铁等重金属矿。
Such jig is commonly called Mihanuobuer which is normally used for the roughing of ores smaller than 6mm. Such jigs are widely used to separate ores of heavy metal such as gold, silver, tungsten, tin, lead, zinc, manganese, and iron.
