Grate
我厂生产的链篦机系链篦机-回转窑球团法球团生产工艺的专用履带式传热设备，其作用是将生球依次经过鼓风干燥段、抽风干燥段、预热Ⅰ段、预热Ⅱ段四个工艺段，从而完成脱水、预热、氧化作用，达到满足入回转窑的生球强度的要求，经铲料板铲下送入回转窑中。
The chain grates manufactured by our factory are special
crawler-type heat-transfer equipment employing pelletizing technique of
grate-kiln pelletizing method. Their functions are to get fresh pallet through
four processes, namely air blowing drying section, down-draft drying section,
preheating section I, and preheating section II, so as to finish dewatering,
preheating, and oxidation as well as meet the requirements of green pellet
strength entering rotary kiln. The pallets are transferred to the rotary kiln
through the spading plate.
