XDF型Ф250×200高压电选机主要用于导体矿物与非导体矿物的分选,也可以代替筛分作业用于多种物料的分级,以及用于粮食加工和部分选种工作中。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产,执行行业标准。
当物料经旋转着的鼓筒带至电晕电极和偏极作用的高压电场中时,料粒受到各种电力(包括库仑力、非电场作用力及界面吸力)离心力、重力的作用。由于各种物料电性质的不同,受力状态的不同使物料落下时的轨迹不同,从而达到分选的目的。
在高压电场作用下导体和非导体受力的情况表现为:导体物料在电场中吸附电荷后,能很快地传走,在离心力和重力的作用下沿鼓筒旋转的方向从前方落下;非导体物料由于其导电性很差,从高压电场中吸附电荷后不能很快地传走,从而与鼓筒面产生界面吸力,此界面吸力大于离心力和重力的合力,故物料紧吸于鼓面直至后方,用毛刷强制下;而介于导体与非导体之间的物料则在中间带落下,即所谓中性物料。
XDF Model Ф250×200 High Voltage Electrostatic Separator is mainly applied for separation of conductor and non-conductor minerals and classification of planting materials instead of screening operation as well as food processing and seed selection. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
When materials are carried by running drum into high-voltage electric field with actions of corona electrode and polarity, feed particles are subject to actions by various electrical powers (coulomb force,non-field electric force and interface suction ), centrifugal force and gravity. The different properties of materials and the different forced state result in variance of trajectory, thereby achieve the objective of separation.
The performance of conductor and non-conductor force with the action of high-voltage electric fields is expressed as follows: Conductor materials after absorbing electric charge will quickly transferred away and drop from the front toward the direction of rotation of the drum with the centrifugal force and gravity. The non-conductor materials with poor conductivity is unable to be transferred away, causing production of interface suction with the drum , which is greater than the resultant force of centrifugal force and gravity. As a result, the materials are tightly absorbed on the drum surface up to the rear and under the force of brush, the materials between conductors and non-conductors drop in the middle zone, i.e neutral materials.

机械结构概述
Structure
根据实验研究工作的特殊需要,分选过程中,很多参数都能够进行调节和对比。本机能够满足实验研究工作的要求,且操作方便、造美观。鼓筒的支承采用了悬臂轴式结构,其外部设置一有机玻璃的安全护罩,高压电源和电气部分在机器下部,见结构示意图。
According to the special needs of experimental research, many parameters can be adjusted and compared during the separation process. This machine can meet the requirements of experimental research, is easy to operate, and has attractive appearance. The bearing of the drum adopts cantilever axis structure. Its outside is installed a safety protection cover made of organic glass. The high voltage source and electrical parts are in the lower part of the machine. See the structure diagram for detailed structure.
全机主要由机架、传动部分、电器、分选漏斗、鼓筒电极、毛刷、给料器、料仓、安全保护罩等部分组成。
The machine is mainly composed of main, transmission part, electrical equipment, separation hopper, drum electrode, hair brush, feeder, stock bin, and safety protection cover.
料仓内装¢20×150(300W)三根管状电热元件,加热温度由数显调节仪自动控制,最高温度不超过300℃,给料量通过手轮调节其闸门开口大小来控制,在前面有指示闸门开口大小的指针和刻度。
Three tubular ¢20×150(300W)heating elements are installed in the store bin. The heating temperature is automatically controlled by the digital regulators. The maximum temperature does not exceed 300℃. The feeding amount is controlled through the adjustment of the size of the gate opening.
给料溜槽装在电磁振动给料器上,通过手轮可以调节溜槽的角度,调节旋钮可以控制电磁振动给料器的给料速度;为了避免电极高压影响分选效果,溜槽出料处装有一块环氧树脂胶板。
The feeding chute is installed on the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The angle of chute can be adjusted through hand wheel. Adjust the knob and the feeding speed of electromagnetic vibration feeder can be controlled. To avoid the high voltage electrode from affecting the separation effects, an epoxy resin gelatine plate is installed in the material discharging part of the chute.
鼓筒外表镀硬鉻以提高其使用寿命,鼓筒内装有3根电热元件,鼓筒表面温度由数显调节仪自动控制,最高温度不超过80℃;鼓筒的转速由一台交流变频器控制驱动电动机,从而实现鼓筒的无级调速。
The surface of drum is coated with hard chromium to improve its service life. Three heating elements are installed in the drum. The temperature on the surface of the drum is automatically controlled by the digital regulator. The maximum temperature does not exceed 80℃. The rotating speed of drum is controlled by an AC frequency converter to drive the motor, so as to realize stepless speed regulation of drum.
电极采用栅状弧形复合电极,电晕电极为¢0.2毫米的镍鉻丝张紧于弧形支架上,偏极是外径¢30毫米的黄铜管,通高压后产生电晕电场与静电电场相结合的复合电场,整个电极用锥套固装于电极架上,为保证方位正确,锥轴上有定位圆柱销,由手轮调节电极径向距离,由手轮调节电极的周向入选角,调节时有时遇到粉尘卡紧的情况。可以正反转动一下手轮,活动后,再进行调节。
The electrode is grid arc combination electrode. The corona electrode is ¢0.2 mm nichrome wire which is tensioned on the arc support. Polar is brass pipe whose external diameter is 30mm. After connected to high voltage, it produces composite electric field which combines corona field and electrostatic field. The whole electrode is installed on the electrode stand with taper sleeve. To ensure correct direction, there is locating cylindrical pin on the cone axis. Radial distance of electrode is adjusted through hand wheel and circumference angle is adjusted through hand wheel. During their adjustment, sometimes they might be clipped by dust. In such case, turn the hand wheel in both directions. After they are movable, adjustment can begin to be made.
毛刷用于将吸附在鼓筒表面上的物料在非导体漏斗上方强制刷下,以提高分选效果,毛刷转速是鼓筒转速的2倍,为了延长毛刷使用寿命和方便操作,毛刷装在一可以摆动的外壳上,利用电磁铁和摇臂在工作时使毛刷紧靠鼓筒,工作结束将电磁铁断电,毛刷靠外壳本身重量摆离鼓筒,以减少毛刷的损耗,调节电磁铁拉杆的长度可以改变毛刷靠近鼓筒时的压缩量。
Hairy brush is used to remove through brushing the materials sticking to the surface of the drum from the upper part of the nonconductive hopper, so as to improve separation effects. The rotating speed of hairy brush is twice as much as that of the drum. To prolong the service life of hairy brush and to facilitate its operation, the hairy brush is installed on a shell that can swing. Get the hairy brush close to the drum during the operation of electromagnet and rocker arm. After operation is finished, cut off the power supply to the electromagnet. The hairy brush swings away from the drum through the weight of the shell to reduce loss of hairy brush. Adjust the length of the draw bar of the electromagnet and the compression amount of hairy brush when it is near the drum.
分选漏斗用不锈钢做成,其上装有两块可以调整的分选板,分选板是绝缘性能良好的环氧树脂胶板,分选板的位置(角度)用手轮和分别调节。
The separation hopper is made of stainless steel. Two adjustable separation plates are installed on it. The separation plates are epoxy resin plywood which enjoys good insulation property. The position of separation plate is adjusted respectively with hand wheel and .
安全护罩是保证全机高压安全的主要部分,使用时必须注意其与机架接地的可靠,工作结束要将前门打开以便清扫,前门的开关装在罩的前上方,开门时先将开关手轮上的插销拔出,然后逆时针转动手轮,至放电棒已与电极接触将高压电放走之后,门才能打开;工作时必须将门关紧,并顺时针转动手轮,插销插进锁紧后才能对高压送电开始工作,这些都采取了联锁装置,以确保安全,为了便于观察罩身,前门装有透明的有机玻璃,在顶部装有照明灯.
The safety protection cover is the main part to ensure the high voltage safety of the complete machine. During its use, attention must be paid to see if it and the frame are reliably grounded. After operation is finished, the front door shall be opened for the convenience of cleaning. The switch for the front door is installed on the upper front of the cover. When opening the door, first pull out the bolt on the hand wheel of switch and then turn the hand wheel counterclockwise. The door can only be opened after the discharging rod has contacted the electrode and high voltage electricity is discharge. During operation, the door must be fastened. Besides, turn the hand wheel clockwise. Only after the bolt is inserted and locked can high voltage transmission be begun. These are all equipped with interlocking devices to ensure safety. To be able to observe the cover better, the front door is equipped with transparent organic glass. On the top is installed illuminating light .
