CGLX 离心选矿机 CGLX Centrifugal Separator
一、概述
CGLX离心机利用不同矿粒之间的密度差异实现矿粒群的选择性分离,适用于微细粒级黑色、有色及贵重稀有金属矿物的分选回收,也可用于各种矿山尾矿中微细金属回收及各种废矿、难选矿的选矿。该种设备具有分选指标好、回收微细金属下限粒度低、能耗小、适应性强、不污染环境等特点。
二、设备构造
如图1所示,CGLX离心机主要由离心转鼓、机架、给矿装置、精矿冲洗水装置、漂洗水装置、分矿装置等组成。
1. Introduction
CGLX centrifugal separators separate minerals by making use of their density
difference. It is suitable for processing granular ferrous metals, non-ferrous
metals or for recovering granular metals from tails. They have the advantages of good performance, lower limit of grain
size recovery, lower power, great adaptability and eco-friendly.
2. Structure
CGLX centrifugal separator
mainly consists of centrifugal drum, support frame, rinsing device, concentrate
flush device, discharging device and feed device as shown in Fig.1

三、工作原理
离心转鼓卧式旋转,在转鼓内表面上产生径向均匀分布的离心力场。矿浆由给矿装置给至转鼓内表面上,并在离心转鼓带动下随转鼓一起作回转运动。离心转鼓内表面沿轴向存在坡降,矿浆液流作回转运动的同时还要以一定的流速沿轴向流动。这样,矿浆在转鼓内表面上呈螺旋状沿轴向运动。
作螺旋运动的矿浆液流中大比重颗粒在弱紊流流膜和离心力场的联合作用下,不同密度矿粒发生选择性分离。大比重矿粒群在极短时间内离心沉降至离心转鼓的内表面上,呈压实薄层状颗粒层随转鼓一起旋转;小比重矿粒群受流膜脉动扩散作用无法到达流膜底层,沿转鼓坡降随液相一起排出成为小比重产品(尾矿)通过排矿装置排入尾矿收接槽内。当暂停给矿时,精矿冲洗装置将比重大的产品(精矿)冲卸落至排矿装置排入精矿收接槽内。
CGLX离心机基于离心力场内流膜分选原理,为了保证良好的离心分离效果,给矿性质(主要为给矿体积、给矿浓度、给矿初速度)的稳定至关重要。因此,给矿一般需除渣后进入稳压(分矿)箱给至离心机。此外,CGLX离心机漂洗水要求滤除水中+0.5mm杂质、精矿冲洗水要求滤除水中+0.2mm杂质,水压要求达到0.4~0.6Mpa。
3. Principle of Operation
Its
centrifugal drum rotates and slurry is fed onto the inside surface of the drum by a feeding
device. Minerals of different densities in the slurry suffer different moving
displacements under the combined actions of centrifugal field and film dilation.
Heavy minerals suffer bigger displacements than that of the light ones in the
film so that heavy minerals quickly settle down onto the drum and rotate
together with the drum as a centrifugally pressed thin concentrate layer; light
minerals, however, flow out of the drum to become tails along with the film
through discharging device outside the machine. When the feed is paused,
concentrate flush device starts to flush heavy minerals into discharging device to let them
become concentrates.
