一、概述

CGLC 120A型双层组合式砂金选矿溜槽是我院、厂生产的采金设备系列产品之一，经过多年的生产实验，多次改进、创新，产品的参数质量不断提高，深受国内外采金用户的好评，已被国家专利局授予专利权。

它具备以下特点：

1、金矿砂处理量大，每小时可洗矿砂 120 m³/h；

2、结构合理，强度高，可拆装性强，便于运输搬迁；

3、采金回收率高，回收率可达到80-85%，不但能回收粒状金片状金，还可回收微粒金；

4、适应性很强，可在任何条件的矿体内选矿。

1、上料台：是承装矿砂料的部位，也是充分造浆的部位。

2、筛分装置：筛分装置由筛板和大小分流箱组成。

3、溜槽：溜槽分主溜槽、副溜槽。主溜槽在中间，副溜槽分置两侧。是采金选矿的主要部位。

1. General

CGLC 120A Combinational Placer Gold Separation Sluice is among a series of gold separating equipment manufactured by our Institute. After many years of production practice and with improvements and innovations having been made many times, the product has kept upgrading in terms of performance and quality and was well received by users at home and abroad.The product has obtained patent from China National Patent Bureau.

The product has the following features:

A. Large gold ore handling capacity with gold washing of 120m³/h.

B.Rational construction, high strength and convenient dismounting, easy for transport and transfer.

C. High recovery of gold mining up to 80-85, capable of recovering not only granular and platy gold but also fine grained gold.

D. Strong adaptability, applicable for ore separation at any condition.

A．Feeding platform:place where mineral sand material is carried and slurry is produced.

B．Screening apparatus: made up of screen plate and distribution boxes of various sizes.

C．Sluice:consisting of primary sluice and secondary sluice with the primary sluice located in the middle and the primary sluices at side; a major part.
