本设备是供选矿实验研究单位和选矿中间实验工厂,进行矿石可选性研究实验时,作业连续磨矿或研究测定矿石可磨性指标之用。亦可供选矿精选厂作磨矿设备使用,或供其他工业部门磨细物料之用。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产,执行行业标准。
设备主要由420×450格子型球磨机、150×1200螺旋分级机、
35升摆式给矿机、Φ90×600螺旋运输机组成,可连续进行闭路磨矿工作。
设备出厂时,均已装好电气设备和供水系统。
安装时,不需另设基础。开箱后,装上机架下部四个地脚螺钉,清理包装油脂,检查润滑情况,接上水管、电源。试开车,确定运转方向,即可按操作顺序进行运转。
根据所处理的物料性质和对磨细产品粒度特性的具体要求,可选用以下三种不同的磨矿流程,分别进行磨矿:1、预先磨矿,检查分级;2、预先分级,返砂再磨;3、开始磨矿;
Laboratory Grate Mill S12 is provided for mineral processing research organization and pilot plant for continued grinding operation,and study and determination of indexes of ore grindability in tests of mineral feasibility study . It also can be provided for beneficiation plant as grinding equipment or other industries as fine material grinding equipment. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
The equipment mainly comprises 420×450 Grate Ball Mill, 150×1200 Screw Classifier, 35 liter Swing Feeder and ф90×600 Screw Conveyor and can conduct grinding operation continuously in a close circuit.
It comes with the factory –fit electric devices and water supply system.
Mounting requires no additional foundation. After opening the case, fix 4 anchor bolts, clean packaging grease, check lubrication and connect water pipeline and power supply. Trial run is carried out to determine the operation direction and then the equipment can run as per the operation procedures.
Three different grinding circuits can be selected for separate grinding operation below in response to the properties of the handled materials and specific requirements for particle size characteristics of size reduction product: 1. Pre-grinding , checking and classification 2. Pre-classification and return of sand for regrinding 3. grinding in a close circuit.
主要结构说明
Main Structure
本机主要由给矿、磨矿、排矿、分级、运输等五部分组成。
This machine mainly consists of five parts i.e. feeding part, grinding part, discharging part, classifying part, and conveying part.
(一)、给矿部分
(I) Feeding Part
由一个矿仓式圆筒给矿机及一个蜗形给矿器组成。给矿方法在矿仓的闸门打开后通过圆筒的转动使矿仓内的物料连续而均匀地送进蜗形给矿器外壳中,再由蜗形给矿器连同水一起送进磨矿筒内,给矿量是用调节闸门板的开口大小及圆筒转速来控制。圆筒由螺旋运输机轴上的皮带塔轮用皮带传动,有两种速度。蜗形给矿器为一平面螺旋形的勺子,用来直接向筒体内部输送原矿和分级机的返砂。
The feeding part is composed of a cylindric feeder of ore storage bin type and a snail feeding device. The feeding method is: After the gate of the ore storage bin is opened, materials in the ore storage bin are fed continuously and evenly into the shell of the snail feeding device through the rotation of drum; then they are fed into the milling drum by the snail feeding device together with the water. The feeding quantity is controlled through adjusting the size of the opening of the gate plate and rotating speed of the drum. The drum is driven at two speeds through the belt by the belt cone on the shaft of screw conveyor. The snail feeding device is a scoop in the shape of planar spiral which is used to convey raw ores and return sand from the classifier directly to the inside of drum.
(二)、磨矿部分
(II) Grinding Part
是一个Φ420×600磨矿筒体,其内壁镶有六块波纹形锰钢衬板,外壁焊有两个轮圈。轮圈支承在两对托滚上;蜗形给矿器固定在筒体的一端,另一端则为溢流排矿口。筒体的旋转是由电动机经三角皮带和齿轮二级减速后,使一对主动托滚转动,利用托滚与轮圈的磨擦实现传动达到的。
The grinding part is a Φ420×600 grinding drum. Its inner wall is lined with six corrugated manganese steel liners and its outer wall has two wheel rims. The wheel rims are supported on two pairs of rollers. At one end of the drum is snail feeding device and at the other end of the drum is overflow discharging mouth. The function of transmission is served by the rubbing of roller and wheel rims when the motor gets one pair of drive roller to rotate through the V-belt and secondary gear reducer.
(三)、排矿部分
(III) Discharging Part
磨矿产品经排矿端盖口自行溢出,经过排矿溜槽的斜度自动的流入分级机,溜槽上端焊有一软管接头,用胶管与给水管接通,给水管上装有旋塞,以便开、关和调节冲洗的水量。溜槽外侧插上一个挡盖,以免排矿口矿浆往外飞溅。
The grinding products automatically overflow when passing the cover at the discharging end. They automatically flow into the classifier through the tilting discharging chute. A hose coupler is welded on the top of the chute which are connected with rubber pipes and feed pipes. On the feed pipes are taps which are used to turn on and turn off water as well as adjust the water flow. A retaining cap is inserted to the outside of the chute to avoid the slurry at the discharging mouth from splashing out.
(四)、分级部分
(IV) Classifying Part
是一个Φ150×1400螺旋运输机,利用排矿溜槽入口孔作为其一端的支点,整个分级机可绕这个支点转动一定的角度,以达到不同的坡度要求,另一端则用一螺杆支承,转动其上代套筒螺母的手轮,即可调节分级机的坡度,以便控制返砂量的大小及溢流的细度。
The classifying part is a Φ150×1400 screw conveyor. It takes the inlet of discharging chute as the fulcrum of its one end around which the whole classifier revolves for a certain angle to meet the requirement of different gradients. Its other end is supported with a screw. The gradient of the classifier can be adjusted when the hand wheel of sleeve nut on it is turned, so as to control the amount of return sand and fineness of effusion.
(五)、运输部分
(V) Conveying Part
是一个Φ90×420的螺旋运输机,将分级机与蜗形给矿器外壳连接起来,把分级机的返砂连续均匀地送入蜗形给矿器外壳,再与矿仓式给矿机下来的原矿一起由蜗形给矿器送入磨机筒体内。使分级机与磨机组成一个闭路磨矿系统,实现连续磨矿作业。
The conveying part is aΦ90×420 screw conveyer. The conveying process is: The classifier and snail feeding device is linked; the return sand from the classifier is fed continuously and evenly to the shell of the snail feeding device, and the snail feeding device then conveys it and the raw ores from the feeder into the grinding drum, so that the classifier and mill form a closed-circuit grinding system and continuous grinding can be realized.
上述各部分与传动系统、供水系统、电气设备等均装好在机架上,成台出厂,安装时不需另设基础。在车间内摆好位置以后,略将水平调好,清理包装油脂,检查润滑情况;接水管、电源;试开车确定磨机运转方向。符合要求后,即可按操作程序进工作。
All the parts listed above and the drive system, water supply system, and electric equipment shall be installed on the frame to be shipped in complete set. During installation, it is not necessary to add new foundations. When it is placed in the workshop, adjust the supporting plane slightly, remove oil staining on the package, examine the lubricating condition, connect it to water and power source, as well as determine the operating direction of mill through test run. When all relevant requirements are conformed to, the equipment can be operated according to procedures.
