一、用途及适用范围
I. Purpose and Scope of Application
适用于将人造或天然的矿物晶体或微粒依形状(圆球度)进行分级,尤其适用于人造金刚石,立方氮化硼等超硬材料的选形。利用重选原理从石墨等矿物中分选出纯净的金刚石。
This equipment is designed to grade artificial or natural mineral crystals or particles (sphericity) according to their shapes, especially for the shape selection of ultrahard materials like man-made diamond and CBN, separating the pure diamond from minerals like graphite etc. according to gravity separation principle.
XX—2000系列金刚石选形机能够将多种人造或天然的矿物晶体或微粒依形状(圆球度)进行分级,尤其适用于人造金刚石,立方氮化硼等超硬材料的选形。
XX-2000 series diamond shape selection machine is designed to grade artificial or natural mineral crystals or particles (sphericity) according to their shapes, especially for the shape selection of ultrahard materials like man-made diamond and CBN.

三、结构与工作原理
III. Structure and Working Principle
本机由工作台① 、振动器④ 、给料器⑥ 、分选盘⑦ 、接料器⑧ 、控制箱⑩等组成(见图1)。其主要工作部件是一个可振动的有一定表面粗糙度的分选盘。待分选物料在盘面上受到电磁振动力、摩擦力与重力的共同作用,由于形状不同,所受的摩擦力不同,因而在盘面的运动轨道不同,最终落到接料端不同的料斗中,完成选形过程。
This equipment is composed of work bench ①, vibrator ④, feeder ⑥, separation tray ⑦, receiver ⑧ and control cabinet etc. (see Figure 1). Its main working part is a vibratile separation tray with a certain level of surface roughness. The materials to be separated are under the effect of electromagnetic vibration force, friction force and gravity on tray surface, and finally drop into different hoppers at receiver side depending on the movement tracks due to different friction forces as a result of different shapes.
