CGS型细砂回收装置 Fine sand recovery unit
一、工作原理
1、结构:由电机 、碴浆泵、泥砂分离器、ZKR直线振动筛、清洗槽、返料箱等到组成。
2、工作过程:泵将砂水混合物输送至泥砂分离器,离心分级浓缩的细砂经沉砂嘴提供给振动筛,经振动筛脱水后,细砂与水有效分离,少量细砂、泥等经返料箱再回到清洗槽,清洗槽液面过高时,经出料口排出。直线振动筛回收物料重量浓度为70%—85%。调节细度模数可通过改变泵转速、改变砂浆浓度、调节溢流水量、更换出砂嘴来实现。从而完成清洗、脱水和分级三种功能。
二、特点及优势
1、传统人工砂湿法工工艺中,人工砂的洗泥、脱水采用螺旋洗砂机,人工砂中细砂的流失几乎不能控制。采用该细砂回收系统,可以有效降低细砂的流失量,使其控制在5—10%之内。很好地解决了人工骨料加工系统中出现的成品砂细度模数偏高、石粉含量偏低的难题。
2、振动筛采用聚氨酯筛网,聚氨酯筛网较其它类型筛网寿命更长,且不易堵孔。
3、泥砂分离采用聚胺脂整体浇铸成形,提高了整个装置的使用寿命,可顺利完成料浆浓缩、液体澄清等工作。
4、****可回收排放总量中85%—90%的细颗粒物料具有其他设备无可比拟的技术和经济优势
5、细粒得到充分回收,减少了沉淀池的工作量,降低了沉淀池的清理成本;
6、减少了细料自然堆放时间,可直接转运,供应市场。
7、可根据用户的不同要求,设计相应的解决方案。
I. Work Principle
1. Structure: This equipment is composed of motor, slurry pump,
sand slime separator, ZKR line vibrating screen, rinse tank, and revert box.
2. Working process: The pump conveys the sand and water mixture to
the sand slime separator. The fine sand after centrifugal classification and
concentration is supplied to vibration screen through the underflow exit. After
dewatered by the vibration screen, the fine sand and water are effectively
separated. A small amount of fine sand, mud, etc goes back to the rinse tank
through the revert box. When the liquid level of rinse tank is too high, the
find sand is discharged from the discharge opening. The weight concentration of
materials recycled by line vibrating screen is 75% to 85%. The adjustment of
fineness modulus can be realized through the change of pump speed, change of
mortar concentration, regulation of overflow water amount, and replacement of
sand blast nozzle so that the three functions, i.e. washing, dewatering and
classification can be fulfilled.
II. Characteristics and Advantages
1. In traditional wet processing of artificial sand, screw sand
washer is adopted for mud removal and dewatering of artificial sand. The fine
sand in the artificial sand can hardly be prevented from being washed away.
With such fine sand recovery system, the amount of fine sand washed away can be
effectively reduced. The ratio of fine sand washed away can be kept within 5-10%.
It well solves the problems of high fineness modulus of finished sand and low
content of stone powder in the artificial aggregate processing system.
2. Vibrating screen adopts polyurethane screen. Compared with
other types of screen, polyurethane screen has longer service life and is not
easily blocked.
3. The sand slime separator adopts polyurethane for overall cast
form which helps to prolong the service life of the whole unit. Slurry
concentration, liquid clarification, etc can be finished smoothly.
4. It can recover 85% to 90%
of the total discharged fine particle materials, thus having incomparable
technological and economic advantages not enjoyed by other kinds of equipment.
5. Fine grains are fully recovered. The work load of sedimentation
tank is decreased and costs spent in cleaning sedimentation tank are reduced.
6. The natural storage time of fine materials is reduced. They can
be directly transported to be supplied in the market.
7. Different solutions can be designed according to different
requirements of customers.
