单斗正铲机械式履带行走电动挖掘机(简称电铲)优点很多,适于高强度作业,广泛应用于金属、非金属矿及煤炭露天矿的各种土质和软硬矿岩的铲装作业,也可用于水利、建筑和修路等工程的铲装、排土和倒堆作业。具有以下特点:
Single-bucket forward mechanical crawler
electro-excavators (“electro-excavator” for short) enjoy many advantages. They
apply to high-intensity operation and are widely used in the scooping of various
soil texture and soft and hard ore rocks of metal and nonmetallic ores as well
as coal open-pit ores. They can also be used for the scooping and casting in
water conservancy, construction and road building projects. They have the
following characteristics:
1、正铲挖掘时,动臂倾斜角度不变,斗柄和铲斗作转动和推压运动,形成复杂的运动轨迹,满足工作要求;
1. During forward
excavation, the inclination angle of swing arm does not change. The bucket arm
and bucket rotate and pushes the excavating objects. Complicated movement
tracks are left to meet the requirements of work.
2、由于动臂和斗柄的布置和联接的结构特点,决定了这种正铲挖掘机不宜挖掘低于停机面以下的工作面,而适用于挖掘高出停机平面的工作面;
2. Due to the arrangement of swing arm and bucket arm as well as their
linkage, such forward excavators are not suitable to excavate the working face
under the level floor, but suitable to excavate working face above the level
floor.
3、因其有足够大的提升力和推压力,并且是推压强制运动,因此,它可用于各级土壤;特别适宜铲装爆后岩堆的散料。
3. Since such forward excavators have enough lifting power and pushing
force and make forced pushing movement, they can be used for different levels
of oil, and especially for the bulk materials of rock after scooping.
一、主要结构特点:
I. Main Structural
Feature
1、采用单梁动臂双斗柄齿条推压式工作装置,其主要组成部分有动臂、斗柄、铲斗、提升机构和推压机构;
1. They adopt single swing arm and double
bucket arm device of gear pushing type. Their main parts are swing arm, bucket
arm, bucket, lifting mechanism, and crowding mechanism.
2、回转机构由两台立式电动机分别驱动,由于大齿轮固定在下机架上,小齿轮可以沿大齿轮周边滚动,带动整个回转平台作旋转运动;
2. The slewing mechanism are
respectively driven by two vertical motors. As the big gear wheel is fixed on
the lower bearing bracket, the small gear wheel can roll around the big gear
wheel to drive the rotation of the whole slewing platform.
3、采用履带运行装置,优点是接地比压力小,附着力大,可适用于道路凹凸不平的场地,如浅滩、沟或有其他障碍物,具有一定的机动性,能通过陡坡和急转弯而不需要太多时间。
3. They use crawler belt devices. Their
advantages are small unit pressure of ground and large adhesive force. They can
be used in rugged places such as shoal, ditch or other hurdles. They have
certain motility. They can cross steep hill and sudden turns with much time
spent on it.
4、操纵部分除电气操纵外,还有压气操纵,即气力操纵装置。它是由专用的空压机供给压缩空气,通过控制阀,使压气进入气缸,驱动气缸中的活塞,再由活塞杆通过杠杆机构来操纵各机构的离合器或制动器动作。
4. The control part includes
not only electric control device, but also compressed air control device and
pneumatic control device. They supply compressed air through special air
compressor. They get the compressed air into the air cylinder through control
valve, drive the piston in the air cylinder, and then the piston rod controls
the operation of clutch or brake of each mechanism through lever mechanism
