双叶轮高效浸出(吸附)搅拌槽的特点是结构合理、紧凑、传动效率高,采用两个新型叶轮,叶轮直径大、转速低、搅拌功耗小、减少炭的磨损,中空轴通气至底端,空气分散均匀、气泡小。搅拌强度适中,槽内矿浆浓度、细度分布基本一致,可提高氰化的浸出率,炭的吸附率。我公司的浸出(吸附)槽已对其充气统和传动系统做了改进。
This machine features a reasonable and
compact structure, and high transmission efficiency. Twin impeller is used,
which has bigger diameter, lower turning speed, lower agitation power
consumption, and lower wear of the carbon. Air is sent to the bottom via pipes,
so that it is evenly sparged with less bubble. It gives moderate agitating
strength, to keep the slurry density and fineness to be basically uniform in
the tank , so as to improve leaching ability of the cyanidation and the
adsorption intensity. The aeration system and the transmission system are
innovated for the new model of the twin impeller impeller high-efficiency
leaching (adsorption) agitation thak..

本设备是用于黄金氰化产金工艺中的贵液脱氧的贵液净化专用设备。其作用是清除固液分离后的贵液中含有的泥质等悬浮物固体杂质,得出纯净化液,是提高置换后的金泥品位,降低火法冶炼生产成本,为获得高品位的合质金创造有利条件。本设备构造简单、维护方便、容易操作。可在运行时进行轮换清洗,使用周期长。本设备的各滤片的集液管与脱氧塔直接相联,利用脱氧塔内真空可吸入净化后的贵液进行脱氧。
工作原理:此设备用浮漂机构控制高真空蝶阀开闭来调整液面高低位置。

LXG型螺旋锌粉给料机技术参数

螺旋锌粉给料机是我公司新研制的一种锌粉给料机械,主要有以下优点:a、采用调速电机,可以方便醒目地随意调整;b、螺旋给料均匀连续,解决了传统机械锌粉加入量调整困难,加入量不均匀的问题,降低了残锌的含量,既降低了氰化成本,又改善了冶炼效果;c、锌粉暴露在空气中的面积小,减少了锌粉在使用过程中的氧化,改善了置换效果。
The main products are belt zinc dust
feeder, disk zinc dust feeder, and spiral zinc feeder. Amongst them, the last,
a new generation of zinc dust feeder developed by Xinhai, has the following
advantages:(a). Because of the speed governing motor
being used, the feeding rate of zinc dust may be conveniently adjusted at will.
(b).The spiral feeder keeps the feeding to be smooth and continuos, which
solves the difficulty and problem in adjustment of the feeding rate by
traditional mechanical zinc dust feeder and uneven feeding, Residual zinc dust
is reduced, cyanidation cost lowered down, and smelting effect improved. (c).
Due to less zinc is exposed to the open air, oxi-dation of the zinc dust durin
the operation is reduced, improving precipitation.

脱氧塔按填料不同主要分为三种,即木格填料、点波填料、新型塑料网状填料。新型塑料网状填料是我公司新研制的一种新产品,解决了点波填料因碱性氰化液结钙堵孔影响脱氧效果的弊病。
The deoxidizing column is classified into
three types according to their filling materials, i.e., wooden grate filling,
diamond-waved filling, and new plastic mesh filing. The new plastic net filling
is a new product developed by xinhai, which overcomes the blockage problem
caused by scaling of the alkaline cyanide when using “point wave” lining.
该设备是一种主要用于氰化提金工艺中锌粉置换提取金银前脱除含在贵溶解氧的理想设备。
该设备结构简单,该塔内有液位自动调节机构,操作方便,使用可靠,可使贵液中含氧量降到0.5克/米3以下,脱氧率可达95%以上。
工作原理:
贵液由真空作用从塔内的顶部吸入,由喷淋器淋洒到填料层上,在真空作用下,液体内溶解的气体被脱除,从而达到脱氧的目的。

高效节能吸附槽集浸出和炭吸附工序为一体,形式上与氰化槽相似。吸附槽是保证料浆混合良好,既要使活性炭均匀地悬浮在矿浆中、又要使活性炭磨损小、吸附率达99%以上,工作时槽内矿浆产生轴向和径向流动,通过中空轴充气、叶轮搅拌促使气泡细化,达到物料及活性炭均匀悬浮,吸附饱和的载金炭通过空气提升泵排出槽外,进入下一个流程。
